If an original source changes, we recheck the evidence and prepare a revised article. A revision keeps the article’s address and is checked again before replacing the published version.

An unavailable source or a failed collection attempt is not treated as proof that a post was deleted. Where evidence remains unclear, we preserve the published version while investigating.
