Planning BOYNEXTDOOR’s Los Angeles stop involves more than saving a concert date. An event listing, a ticket offer and a venue FAQ answer different questions, and they do not always use the same wording. We checked the official sources on October 25, 2026, KST and organized them into a practical preparation guide. The performance is still upcoming at this check. We distinguish confirmed listing details from generic instructions and unresolved restrictions; no ticket purchase, account inspection, venue visit or personal support exchange was performed. This is a guide to reading the applicable information, not a seat-availability report or an assurance of admission.

Start with the Los Angeles event, not a tour-wide assumption

The venue lists BOYNEXTDOOR’s KNOCK ON Vol.2 North America stop for November 20, 2026, with doors at 6:30 p.m. PST and the event starting at 7:30 p.m. PST (Los Angeles local time). Its address is 777 Chick Hearn Court, Los Angeles, CA 90015. The one-hour gap is simply our subtraction of the two displayed clocks. It is not a promised queue duration, an assigned entry slot or a soundcheck schedule. Save both times rather than turning the later one into your arrival plan. The venue displays the hours; the PST annotation is our date-specific local time-zone calculation.

The venue links directly to AXS event 1475984. Use that relationship to identify the intended event page, then compare the date, venue and city with your order. A button labeled as being on sale does not prove that a particular seat, price or package remains available. We did not enter checkout or inspect a customer account. If you already bought a ticket, your own order details are the starting point for questions about it; a search result for another city is not a replacement for those details.

Do not treat an old membership window as today’s entry requirement

KOZ’s official North America notice describes the membership application and presale stages held in June 2026, and says presale methods vary by city. Those application dates are already past at our October 25 check. This article is not reopening that opportunity or telling you to buy a membership to retrieve a past benefit. Membership registration, a ticket purchase and permission to enter a particular show are different records.

For your personal note, separate what you have completed from what you still need to verify. For example, an account login can be ready even when a ticket does not appear in that account. A purchase email can exist even when an event-specific perk needs clarification. These are categories for organizing your own evidence, not assertions that anything has gone wrong with your order. Use the currently linked seller’s support route for the unresolved part rather than attempting the old registration steps again.

Check the actual mobile ticket before you travel

Peacock Theater’s Mobile ID FAQ describes entry through the AXS app: sign in, find the event and present the ticket for scanning. It also discusses group arrival and transfers. That general page explains a technology and a usual workflow; it does not establish every restriction attached to this specific BOYNEXTDOOR offer. We have not logged into a fan account, accepted a transfer or tested a scanner.

Our practical preparation is to check the correct event inside the intended account while you still have time to resolve a problem privately. Compare the event name and date with the order, keep your device charged, and know where to find the seller’s support instructions. If something is missing, describe what you can actually see rather than sending a stranger your password or ticket code. A screenshot shared in a group chat is not evidence that you control the ticket in the proper account. This is a privacy and preparation checklist, not a claim that we inspected your ticket or can authenticate one from an image.

Treat transfer instructions and event restrictions as separate questions

General Mobile ID transfer instructions do not settle the event-specific non-transferable wording. No transfer permission, benefit or exception invented.

The event-specific AXS page contains a ticket-perk disclaimer describing tickets and contents as non-transferable. It also says additional program details will be emailed before the event, and that a commemorative laminate does not authorize venue or backstage access. The venue’s generic Mobile ID page, meanwhile, describes transfer functions. We cannot reconcile those pages into a promise that your particular ticket or benefit can be transferred.

Before changing plans, ask the ticketing provider which restriction applies to the exact offer on your order: admission, an accompanying benefit, or both. Identify the offer by its written name instead of assuming that a higher price means soundcheck, a meeting or transferable perks. Retain any answer alongside that order. Do not give away or sell a benefit based on the app merely displaying a general transfer feature. The point of this comparison is to expose the question before you act, not to interpret a contract for you or invent an exception to the event terms. No transfer, sale or refund was performed for this guide.

The venue’s current bag wording needs clarification

Venue A-Z page has conflicting bag wording. No bag size or type is certified by this guide; Guest Services clarification remains needed.
Original graphic: Sori Wire · original comparison of official venue and event information ↗Full size ↗

The A-Z guide’s bag section and the accessibility page describe bags smaller than 14 by 14 by 6 inches, while excluding backpacks of any size. However, the same A-Z page’s coat-check section also contains a sentence saying bags and purses of any size are not permitted. These statements appear together in the official material we checked. We therefore cannot responsibly mark a particular bag as approved, including a clear bag or a small clutch.

The useful action is to ask Guest Services about the actual bag you intend to bring and any event-specific change, instead of selecting the more convenient sentence. Include its dimensions and type, and distinguish an ordinary bag question from a medical or parental need. Save the response for reference, without treating it as a guarantee that screening will be identical in every circumstance. Our diagram marks the conflict rather than drawing an official permission boundary. We have not contacted the venue on a reader’s behalf, measured a fan’s bag or verified a special exception.

Plan the transition from outside to inside

The venue FAQ states that there is no re-entry. It describes security screening and generally permits non-professional, non-flash still photography at many events, while prohibiting video and audio recording and allowing show-specific differences. Do not turn those general statements into a BOYNEXTDOOR-specific camera approval. If a device or activity matters to your visit, check the actual event instructions or ask the venue before relying on it.

A useful personal check is to finish arrangements that depend on leaving the venue before entering. Keep transport notes and essential contact information somewhere you can retrieve without sharing the ticket itself. Decide what you genuinely need to carry, then resolve the unresolved bag question rather than assuming that an unwanted item can be checked at the door. This is our sequencing suggestion, not a prescribed arrival procedure or a prediction of what staff will do. A friend’s experience at another venue cannot establish the policy for this one.

Request the service you need, not a generic reassurance

The accessibility guide provides an accessible-ticket route and describes services such as assistive listening devices and sensory resources. It asks guests with medical or parental bag needs to contact Guest Services. The event listing also points readers toward accessible seating. These are starting points for a specific request; they do not show the availability of a particular accessible seat, device or arrangement for your visit.

When planning, separate the seat purchase from questions about reaching that seat and using the venue comfortably. Write down the actual assistance or equipment you need and ask how it is arranged for this date. Keep the response with your booking information. We do not recommend choosing an unsuitable seat on the assumption that it can be changed later, and we have not tested an accessibility service in person. If you are arranging a visit for a younger fan, confirm the event’s applicable admission requirements rather than borrowing a general age statement from another show.

Keep the route and the last check separate from the ticket

Peacock Theater’s transport page links to Metro’s trip planner and lists designated rideshare areas. A venue location page is useful for finding the destination, but it does not verify current service disruptions, traffic or the time your particular journey will take. Use a current transport planner for your own origin and date, including the trip home. We have not checked an individual route or estimated a concert end time.

Your final private checklist can have four fields: correct event and account, unresolved offer or bag questions, required assistance, and an independent transport plan. Put the official link next to each field and leave unanswered items visibly open. Recheck the event listing and seller communications before departure, since this guide records what was readable on October 25 rather than monitoring your order. If a later official message changes one detail, update that field without assuming every other condition changed too. That makes the plan useful even when an announcement is incomplete, without turning guesses into ticket promises.

To make a support question answerable, include the event date, the exact offer label and the single condition you want clarified. For example, ask whether an order’s stated transfer restriction applies to admission as well as its accompanying contents; do not simply ask whether all tickets can be transferred. For a bag inquiry, identify the item rather than attaching a ticket barcode as supposed proof of purchase. Keep account passwords, payment details and access codes out of public fan discussions. These are our suggested ways to frame a question. They are not a transcript of a venue response and do not replace the provider’s answer.

How this guide was made

Official venue event and general policies, AXS event disclaimer and KOZ announcement independently read. Named BOYNEXTDOOR venue-supplied artwork is representative promotional material, not event photography or a license grant. Three original source-reading diagrams; one-hour door/start gap is simple subtraction, not waiting time. Ticket transfer and bag-rule conflicts explicitly unresolved; no inferred soundcheck, backstage access, price, inventory, accommodation, age permission, medical advice or refund entitlement. No paid image generation or staged fan experience. PST annotation computed for November20,2026 using IANA America/Los_Angeles zoneinfo; the venue itself lists clock times without an abbreviation. No clock conversion or extra performance time inferred.
